A very well centered and fine mint LH single of the 10c deep grey olive Sir Georges Etienne Cartier stamp from the 1930-1935 Arch Issue. Vertical wove paper with no visible mesh and cream gum with a finely crackled appearance. These characteristics suggest that it comes from a printing made between 1934 and 1935.
