Canada #118 (SG#254) 10c Light Bistre Brown 1911-27 Admiral Issue Fine Mesh Paper F-70 OG

A mint OG example of the 10c light bistre brown (bistre brown in Unitrade), dry printing Admiral stamp from the 1911-1928 Admiral Issue. Printed on white vertical wove paper with fine vertical mesh and measuring 0.0045" thick. The gum is a smooth shiny and slightly streaky cream, characteristic of the late dry printings from 1925-1928. 2016 Unitrade values a F-65 single at $25. The stamp offered here grades 70 as follows:
