A well centered and very fine mint OG example of the 3c deep rose red (carmine in Unitrade), die 1 Admiral stamp from the 1911-1928 Admiral Issue. Printed on white vertical wove paper showing no visible mesh, and measuring 0.004" thick. The gum is smooth, satin cream. Unitrade values a VF-75 OG single at $30. The stamp offered here grades 84 as follows:
