Canada #104c (SG#198) 1c Deep Myrtle Green 1911-1928 Admiral Issue Coarse Mesh Paper VF-76 OG

A well centered and very fine mint OG example of the 1c deep myrtle green (deep blue green in Unitrade) Admiral stamp from the 1911-1928 Admiral Issue. Printed on white vertical wove paper showing coarse vertical mesh, and measuring 0.0035"-0.004" thick. The gum is a smooth shiny yellowish cream, which together with the shade, places this stamp in the 1911-1913 pre-war period. Unitrade values a VF-75 OG example at $90. The stamp offered here grades 76 as follows:
