Two VFNH sets of the 1973 self-government issue, each printed on a slightly different paper under UV light. One paper is dull fluorescent on both sides and the other has fluorescent fibres in the paper visible on the back. 2008 Scott #395-396 cat $1.80 USD = $2 CDN as basic sets.
