Canada #544pviii 8c Slate Parliamentary Library, 1967-1973 Centennial Definitive Issue, An Upper Left Sheet Margin Block of 24 of the Scratch on Forehead and "Moon Over Library" Varieties, GT-2, PVA, Row of Dots Between Rows 1 and 2

A very fine NH upper left field stock block of 24 of the 8c slate Parliamentary Library stamp from the 1967-1973 Centennial Issue, with every stamp showing the ink drag and "scratch on forehead variety, as well as a line of fine dots between the perforations of the stamps in rows 1 & 2. In addition, position 36, being the lower right stamp is the scarce "moon over library" variety.

This is the largest multiple we are aware of containing both these varieties. An exhibition item of the highest calibre. Ex Bob Prince.

Unitrade cat as 1 corner block and 20 singles is at least $625.00, with no premium for the moon over library, which should be worth at least $100 as a single, when it contains both varieties.
