Three VF CDS used examples of the 2c on 3c carmine Queen Victoria from the 1899 Provisional Issue on vertical wove paper, each showing a different unlisted plate flaw. The first shows a small line eminating from the left "3", or a "hooked 3" . This appears to be cancelled with a September 1, 1899 Hull CDS. The second shows signficant die flaws around the lettering of "Canada". This is cancelld with a portion of the flag cancel. The last stamp shows three guide dots: one on the upper right corner, one at left centre in the margin and one at right, about 3/4 of the way to the top. It has a light 1899 CDS cancel.
