A fine OG example of the 1c blue green Queen Victoria from the 1897-1898 Maple Leaf Issue, printed on vertical wove. This example shows an unerased horizontal guildeline in the upper margin, and a retouch of the outer bottom frameline in the lower right corner. The guideline was supposed to be burnished off the plate, but was overlooked.
Unitrade values this at $20 for the normal stamp. There should be a modest premium for the guideline. The stamp offered here grades 65 as follows:
