Canada #469 (SG#611) 5c Blue and Red Expo 67 DF-fl IV LF, VF Paper, Streaky Gum LR Block VF-80 NH

A well centered and very fine mint NH lower right blank field stock block of 4, from the middle left pane, of the 5c blue and red Expo 67 Issue, on dull paper with very few fluorescent fibres. Line perf. 11.85. Horizontal wove paper with visible vertical mesh and streaky cream DEX gum with a satin sheen. Under ultraviolet light, the paper gives a dull fluorescent ivory reaction, with very few fluorescent fibres visible. This is one variation of the normal dull paper. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block on the normal dull paper at $1.40. The block offered here grades VF-80 NH as follows: Margins/centering: 50/70 Paper freshness: 5/5 Colour: 5/5 Impression: 5/5 Absence of visible paper flaws: 5/5 Perforations: 10/10 Note any vertical or horizontal line shown in the scan is the edge of the acetate strip that the stamp was resting inside on the stockcard.
