Canada #469 (SG#611) 5c Blue and Red Expo 67 DF-fl IV, LF Paper, Streaky Gum UL Block VF-75 NH

A very fine mint NH upper left blank field stock block of 4, from the upper right pane, of the 5c blue and red Expo 67 Issue. Line perf. 11.85. Horizontal wove paper with vertical ribbing that is just visible on the gum, and streaky cream DEX gum with a satin sheen. Under ultraviolet light, the paper gives a dull fluorescent ivory reaction, with 1-2 low fluorescent fibres visible in the paper. This is a variation in the dull paper. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block on the normal dull paper at $1.40. The block offered here grades VF-75 NH as follows: Margins/centering: 45/70 Paper freshness: 5/5 Colour: 5/5 Impression: 5/5 Absence of visible paper flaws: 5/5 Perforations: 10/10 Note any vertical or horizontal line shown in the scan is the edge of the acetate strip that the stamp was resting inside on the stockcard.
