Canada #469 (SG#611) 5c Blue and Red Expo 67 DF-fl IV, LF, 1-2 Fibres Paper Smooth Gum LR Block VF-80 NH

A well centered and very fine mint NH lower right blank field stock block of 4, from the lower left pane, of the 5c blue and red Expo 67 Issue. Line perf. 11.85. Horizontal wove paper with visible vertical mesh and smooth cream DEX gum with a satin sheen. Under ultraviolet light, the paper gives a dull fluorescent ivory reaction, with 1-2 low fluorescent fibres visible in the paper. This is a variation of the dull paper. Unitrade values a block on the normal dull paper at $1.40. The block offered here grades VF-80 NH as follows: Margins/centering: 50/70 Paper freshness: 5/5 Colour: 5/5 Impression: 5/5 Absence of visible paper flaws: 5/5 Perforations: 10/10 Note any vertical or horizontal line shown in the scan is the edge of the acetate strip that the stamp was resting inside on the stockcard.
