A well centered and very fine NH mint example of the 1c green King George VI in naval uniform stamp from the 1942-1949 War Issue, in a booklet pane of 6. Printed on creamy vertical wove paper showing no visible mesh, but with light horizontal ribbing on the gummed side. Deep cream gum that has a semi-gloss sheen. 17 mm staple holes. This is likely a later printing made between 1947 and 1949. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH pane at $10.50.
