Canada #1842a (SG#1974a) 2000 Birds of Canada LL Inscription Block NF/DF Paper - VF-80 NH

A well centered and very fine NH lower left inscription block of 4 of the 2000 Birds of Canada Issue. Printed on TRC paper giving a non fluorescent violet reaction under ultraviolet light on the front and a dull fluorescent greyish reaction on the back. This is the standard paper on which this issue is usually found. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $6.25. The block offered here grades 80 as follows:
