A very well centered and very fine NH upper left inscription block of the 46c Canada Millennium Partnership Program issue of 2000. Printed on TRC paper giving a non-fluorescent violet reaction under ultraviolet light on the front, and a dull fluorescent bluish white reaction on the back. Unitrade values a VF-75 NH block at $5. The block offered here grades 84 as follows:
